Refund policy
Title: Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, we do provide exchanges in the case of damaged or defective items, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Customers must provide clear proof (photos/videos) of the damage or defect at the time of request.
- Exchanges are only applicable for the same article or another article of equal value (subject to availability).
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for exchange.
Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
